Stefanie Daniels NT (DipCNM, mANP), a coach providing personalized support to executive-level employees and midlife women in the media workplace - mainly because she walked the walk with some of the UK's most popular media brands. She continues to help hundreds of people transform their journey and understand better than anyone how these aren't just personal issues, they're workplace issues too. That's when she founded Life Begins at Menopause offering a safe space where people can talk about their symptoms, enhance nutrition and supplements and optimise their lifestyle.

She studied at the gold-standard Barefoot Coaching and College of Naturopathic Medicine and have been trained by Tedx Speaker Cynthia Thurlow specialising in Intermittent Fasting. She continues to give inspirational talks, write for health and wellness publications and appear as a guest on top-ranked podcasts. As a coach, she is privileged to be invited into the inner world of clients, helping them recognise and maximise their strengths while minimising their limiting behaviours.
