Diana Winkler is a singer, songwriter, speaker, and abuse advocate. She served as a missionary, planting churches for 13 years, while enduring abuse that was enabled by the church. 10 years ago, she started her ministry, DSW Ministries. She uses her music to help survivors in the church heal from domestic violence, abuse, and trauma. She is the host of The Wounds of the Faithful Podcast and is a certified facilitator for Mending the Soul small groups. Diana is passionate about helping victims discover that, not only can you survive, but you can be victorious!

Driven by apassion for culinary arts, Jaime furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in CulinaryManagement from The Art Institute of California. This dual expertise in science and culinary artsuniquely positions her to excel in the meticulous field of allergen-free baking.
Before founding Starry Lane Bakery, Jaime accumulated a wealth of experience across multipledomains. From working as a book seller and private tutor, to embracing the role of a 'mad scientist,'each position contributed to her multifaceted skill set. Her journey also included stints as a catererand pastry chef, where the seeds of a future dedicated to inclusive baking were sown.The inception of Starry Lane Bakery was deeply personal for Jaime. A fan of the cult classic TV show "Firefly" and the epic film "Clash of theTitans," Jaime's tastes are as eclectic as her professional achievements.
Jaime Schwartz's professional goals are clear and unwavering: to help build an inclusivecommunity by ensuring everyone has access to safe and simple baking options, regardless of foodallergies or dietary restrictions. Through Starry Lane Bakery, Jaime not only provides exceptionalallergen-free products but also fosters a sense of belonging and understanding within the community.
Right now we're trying to drum up interest in our new baking mixes. We have a vanilla and chocolate cake mix that should be available starting in October (we're running field testing right now). It's going to be amazing, because now our out of town guests will be able to order the mixes right off of our website, and bake safe, delicious cake right in their own kitchens.

Laura is a trauma healing author, podcast host, and neonatal intensive care nurse whose life was transformed by a near-fatal traumatic brain injury in 2021. During her challenging recovery, she discovered she had complex trauma, leading her to leave her nursing career to focus on deep healing. Over the past two and a half years, Laura has immersed herself in mind and body healing modalities. She now dedicates her time to teaching others how to break the cycle of negativity, heal their nervous systems, and nurture their bodies to achieve calm and happier lives.

Episode 61: Don't Suck and Don't be Shitty ft Katherine McCord

From being the little girl who played HR (even firing her own mother!) to the traveling HR entrepreneur and international speaker that she is now, Katherine has had quite a journey! She has multiple physical and neuro diversities, and says, “I am successful WITH my diagnoses, not in spite of them”... And boy is she!
Katherine is the Founder and President of the People Operations Consulting firm Titan Management, an international speaker, and the Founder of The Neuroverse, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to neurodiversity. She developed the first ever anti-bias Applicant Tracking System and created the "Make Accommodations Standard" process and campaign. She loves to stay busy and further her three missions: integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
With Katherine, it's all about expanding humanity.
