She works virtually and in person at The Space Wellness/Yoga Sanctuary in Cave Creek, Arizona, where she helps individuals reclaim their confidence by mastering their mindset and conquering depression and life issues naturally. Outside of coaching, Frankie enjoys yoga, pilates, traveling, and curling up with a great book.
