She is a self-published author, blogger, speaker, polyglot, and mentor. Her first book is: Discovering your identity, a rebirth from interracial struggle. She is an advocate of women's empowerment and very passionate about teaching and mentoring other girls and women. She is part of the organization called Women In Leadership for the Victoria Chapter in Canada as the social media lead. She enjoys being a promoter of self-investing and personal development. Barbara Ann Briggs is a poet, podcaster, and the author of two books. She is also a certified Consciousness Advisor. She has over twenty years’ experience as a freelance journalist and has had numerous articles and essays published in both print and online media. A practitioner and teacher of Transcendental Meditation for over thirty years, Barbara hosts a bi-monthly podcast called Essence of Life (https://essenceoflife.buzzsprout.com) which has a rapidly growing audience. She also has a YouTube channel called: LivingWisdom-Barbara Briggs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from New York University and a Master’s Degree in curriculum development from Maharishi International University. She was on the faculty of Maharishi University of Natural Law in England where she developed courses on poetry as well as on art, creativity, and consciousness. The Facebook page for her debut novel Pilgrimage on the Path of Love has garnered 2,500 likes. Barbara was born in Manhattan, New York. Her mother came from Vienna, Austria, and her father from New Orleans. Needless to say, she loves music! Barbara, who currently lives in India, has travelled widely and considers herself a “citizen of the universe.”

Bex Rose is a born and raised Brooklynite and native New Yorker who is both openly gay and active in the social work community. Despite a dysfunctional childhood, Bex serves to utilize their experiences to speak and relate to others. She has a background in family focused evidence-based practices as well as upper leadership administrative management and development.
Additionally, her work extends beyond community-based services and extends into policy and procedures for service operations, strength-based communication and guidance. Her most recent book “Mental Health via Poetry” speaks to the duality of a role as a clinician and experience living with OCD and Tourette’s.
Bex hopes to utilize social media platforms to continue promoting healthy conversations, collaborations and content around mental health, creativity and positive representation.

Quinn Carnegie was born and raised in Perth Western Australia and has one beautiful child who made it to adulthood. Quinn was a single parent and found joy in traveling the world, beach walks, reading, and playing piano (albeit badly).
After being a victim of human trafficking and not having a positive experience with Psychologists, Quinn turned her attention to Life coaching and learning NLP.
This eventually led to finding neurofeedback and becoming passionate about the brain and how it functions. Through trying to help herself develop new neural pathways, she found a love of helping others to take control of their own lives and how to take small steps to achieve the ultimate freedom.

Steph West is a social coach who helps neurodivergent kids and teens go from socially challenged to socially competent, confident, and connected! She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master’s degree in special education and education administration. She also has specialist certifications in autism, behavior support, traumatic brain injury, inclusion, and transition. She's been supporting neurodivergent students for almost 20 years as a special education classroom teacher, school administrator, and behavior specialist for school districts throughout Texas. She has also run two private schools for neurodivergent kids, one of which she created independently.In addition to her work at Starfish, she is also an Ironman triathlete, currently learning 3 languages, and working on getting her private pilot's license! She also has ADHD.
