Jaime Schwartz, the visionary founder of Starry Lane Bakery, has been a transformative force in theworld of allergen-free baking. Born in New York and raised amidst the mountains of Pennsylvania,Jaime's journey is a testament to resilience, innovation, and the pursuit of inclusivity. Currentlyresiding in the vibrant city of San Diego, CA, Jaime has blended a diverse educational background andvaried professional experiences to create a haven for those with food allergies.
Jaime's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from RutgersUniversity, a prestigious institution known for fostering analytical and scientific minds. Driven by apassion for culinary arts, Jaime furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in CulinaryManagement from The Art Institute of California. This dual expertise in science and culinary artsuniquely positions her to excel in the meticulous field of allergen-free baking.
Before founding Starry Lane Bakery, Jaime accumulated a wealth of experience across multipledomains. From working as a book seller and private tutor, to embracing the role of a 'mad scientist,'each position contributed to her multifaceted skill set. Her journey also included stints as a catererand pastry chef, where the seeds of a future dedicated to inclusive baking were sown.The inception of Starry Lane Bakery was deeply personal for Jaime. After being diagnosed withadult-onset food allergies, she experienced firsthand the isolation that can accompany dietaryrestrictions. Determined to create a more inclusive community, Jaime founded Starry Lane Bakerywith the mission to ensure that everyone has access to safe and delicious baked goods, regardless oftheir food allergies or dietary restrictions.Outside the bakery, Jaime enjoys a range of hobbies that include reading, gardening, and cooking.These activities reflect a love for learning, nature, and creativity, all of which influence herprofessional endeavors. A fan of the cult classic TV show "Firefly" and the epic film "Clash of theTitans," Jaime's tastes are as eclectic as her professional achievements.
Jaime Schwartz's professional goals are clear and unwavering: to help build an inclusivecommunity by ensuring everyone has access to safe and simple baking options, regardless of foodallergies or dietary restrictions. Through Starry Lane Bakery, Jaime not only provides exceptionalallergen-free products but also fosters a sense of belonging and understanding within the community.
Right now we're trying to drum up interest in our new baking mixes. We have a vanilla and chocolate cake mix that should be available starting in October (we're running field testing right now). It's going to be amazing, because now our out of town guests will be able to order the mixes right off of our website, and bake safe, delicious cake right in their own kitchens.

Laura is a trauma healing author, podcast host, and neonatal intensive care nurse whose life was transformed by a near-fatal traumatic brain injury in 2021. During her challenging recovery, she discovered she had complex trauma, leading her to leave her nursing career to focus on deep healing. Over the past two and a half years, Laura has immersed herself in mind and body healing modalities. She now dedicates her time to teaching others how to break the cycle of negativity, heal their nervous systems, and nurture their bodies to achieve calm and happier lives.

From being the little girl who played HR (even firing her own mother!) to the traveling HR entrepreneur and international speaker that she is now, Katherine has had quite a journey! She has multiple physical and neuro diversities, and says, “I am successful WITH my diagnoses, not in spite of them”... And boy is she!
Katherine is the Founder and President of the People Operations Consulting firm Titan Management, an international speaker, and the Founder of The Neuroverse, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to neurodiversity. She developed the first ever anti-bias Applicant Tracking System and created the "Make Accommodations Standard" process and campaign. She loves to stay busy and further her three missions: integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
With Katherine, it's all about expanding humanity.

After working with transitioning military veterans out of college, Angela identified a need in the market for real advice on how to write a resume. She started The Resume Rescue as a side business, working nights and weekends. A few years ago, Angela was in a toxic recruiting job that left her miserable. When she returned home from a beautiful two-week vacation to Italy, she found herself fired. Unsure of what to do, Angela pursued The Resume Rescue full-time.
Today, she and her team help thousands of job seekers from every walk of life "have their cake and eat it too" regarding their careers. Angela doesn't want anyone to ever feel miserable in their career as she did. The Resume Rescue offers a variety of services, including Resume Writing, Career Coaching, Interview Preparation, LinkedIn Workshops, and more!
Angela has been featured on several podcasts/articles and has hosted numerous workshops to help clients achieve their goals. Angela has her Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and a Master's Degree in Military Psychology from Adler University.
