Here on this podcast, you will hear stories from me along with many women who will share our story of when we took the first courageous step into the life we want! All I want is to inspire you to fight like hell for yourself! To embrace any hardship and heartfelt moments along the way. Yeah, sometimes you wanna scream and want to get out of feeling paralyzed and scared! You may even feel like you don’t have permission to do it. But...it’s time to START now. You got this. Known as The Monday Videos Lady for her energetic welcome to the week, Karen is a five-time author, both an award-winning and TEDx Speaker, founder of Canvas Creek Team Building, and recipient of the Montana Governor’s Award for volunteerism. Her mission is to inspire others to be their best, to try the next thing, and to know they are worth every effort it takes to live their Next.
Described as a dynamo and a catalyst for change, Karen decided early on that she wanted learning and adventure in her life. She grew up near Mt. Rushmore, which gave her a passion for high ideals. Living in Alaska for 25 years before settling in Montana honed Karen’s frontier spirit full of can-do, will-do and let’s-do-it-together energy.
A cornerstone of her community, Karen is a Rotarian and RYLA Director, an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and of Rock 31 (an organization committed to helping startups thrive), a Boys and Girls Club board member, Founder of "I'll Help", and a founding member of 100 Strong.
In addition to making an impact through her books and speeches, Karen works as a team and leadership development coach for companies as large as Walmart and as hard-working as Newman Restoration.

Dr. Saimun Singla is a triple board-certified physician that specializes in pediatric rheumatology and integrative medicine. Her story is unique because she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis AFTER becoming an attending rheumatologist, a backwards journey that led to a shift in how she treats chronic diseases, and a few career pivots along the way.

Leah is a yoga teacher, whole food cook and health and wellbeing enthusiast. She started her business, The Centre of Ki (pronounced 'key') in 2013 and has been teaching weekly yoga classes, hosting yoga retreats, and leading seasonal cooking workshops in the Barossa Valley, South Australia for over 10 years.
Leah originally trained as a physical and health education teacher and has worked in schools across all levels of the education sector for over 15 years. She quit her full time job early in 2023 to follow the path towards her purpose - helping others improve their lives through sharing her knowledge and insights about health and wellbeing. It's been a rocky road, with many obstacles, and on top of being a parent to her 15 year old daughter, she is also caring for her mother who has been diagnosed with vascular dementia.
Leah's YouTube channel enables her to share her passions for health and wellbeing with a wider audience, and in 2021 she began her podcast - The Wellbeing Room.
