Laura is a trauma healing author, podcast host, and neonatal intensive care nurse whose life was transformed by a near-fatal traumatic brain injury in 2021. During her challenging recovery, she discovered she had complex trauma, leading her to leave her nursing career to focus on deep healing. Over the past two and a half years, Laura has immersed herself in mind and body healing modalities. She now dedicates her time to teaching others how to break the cycle of negativity, heal their nervous systems, and nurture their bodies to achieve calm and happier lives.

Episode 61: Don't Suck and Don't be Shitty ft Katherine McCord

From being the little girl who played HR (even firing her own mother!) to the traveling HR entrepreneur and international speaker that she is now, Katherine has had quite a journey! She has multiple physical and neuro diversities, and says, “I am successful WITH my diagnoses, not in spite of them”... And boy is she!
Katherine is the Founder and President of the People Operations Consulting firm Titan Management, an international speaker, and the Founder of The Neuroverse, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to neurodiversity. She developed the first ever anti-bias Applicant Tracking System and created the "Make Accommodations Standard" process and campaign. She loves to stay busy and further her three missions: integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
With Katherine, it's all about expanding humanity.

Episode 60: Get Fired Up and Know Your Worth ft Angela Buccellato

After working with transitioning military veterans out of college, Angela identified a need in the market for real advice on how to write a resume. She started The Resume Rescue as a side business, working nights and weekends. A few years ago, Angela was in a toxic recruiting job that left her miserable. When she returned home from a beautiful two-week vacation to Italy, she found herself fired. Unsure of what to do, Angela pursued The Resume Rescue full-time. 
Today, she and her team help thousands of job seekers from every walk of life "have their cake and eat it too" regarding their careers. Angela doesn't want anyone to ever feel miserable in their career as she did. The Resume Rescue offers a variety of services, including Resume Writing, Career Coaching, Interview Preparation, LinkedIn Workshops, and more! 
Angela has been featured on several podcasts/articles and has hosted numerous workshops to help clients achieve their goals. Angela has her Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and a Master's Degree in Military Psychology from Adler University.
